Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and
check or money order. Payment is required before an order enters
production. This means that your order will not be processed until
full payment has been received. No exceptions!
Returns
Product claims, disputes and/or exchanges
must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot
accept returns that are initiated beyond 7 days of receipt of
product. Product can only be returned upon authorization
from Infinite Services. Call us at 1-703-257-9940 and
request a return authorization. Upon approval, we will provide you
with a return authorization number that will need to be posted on
every package of returned merchandise in order to receive a refund
or exchange.

A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged
to all returned items.

Return shipper must pay for return
freight.

Freight charges cannot be refunded.

Returned packages not displaying a
valid RMA number will be refused.

Items returned via COD freight will be
refused.

Credits and/or exchanges will be
processed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned materials.
This policy also
applies to damaged merchandise. Upon inspection of the damaged
merchandise, if authorization for credit is approved, return freight
will be credited and the 25% re-stocking fee will be waived.

Each panel measures 24 x
24 inches, the authentic size used since the 1800's. There are 3
pattern sizes: 6-inch, 12-inch and 24-inch. The 6-inch has 16
impressions per panel, the 12-inch has 4 impressions per panel and
the 24-inch has just one impression. The panels are made of the
original .010gauge tin plated steel first used over 130 years ago.
We finish our panels using high-tech powder coating for standard
colors, and high-end automotive spray finishing for dramatic custom
colors. We have many colors available and can also match any
decorator color for a $250 fee. |
